Why do this training? The majority of what you learn and process in Kundalini Yoga is simply in your relationship through the physicality of practicing it. Then your practice flowers into something personal and intimate. It is from this space where the desire to share it opens.

Within this condensed 8.5 hours:

• Setting the space.
• Choosing a Kundalini Yoga kriya.
• Mechanics of practice (tuning in, timing, beginning & ending exercises, sealing the practice).
• Attracting possibilities to share the practice.
