RISE Masterclass is a 2 hour Virtual Class designed to help you Release the pain and trauma, Go withIN self, Stand in your POWER and Elevate above it all. This class will teach you techniques of breath work, affirmations, meditation and visualization. Then you will be infused to create movement through PULSE Yoga which is a HIIT based Yoga flow that incorporates the rhythmic vibration of sound, movement & energy to ignite, uplift and align your soul.Â
