Did you know that I’m order to increase your flexibility you need to do just as much as stretching that you do working out.
What does that mean Fe 🤔?
It means if you do a 30 minute Bootcamp class then you also need to do a 30 minute stretch session, yoga, mobility class.
Take the same amount of time you spend working out to stretch out.
