We all survived the first week of the New Year...woohoo; that's something to be excited about. How many people do you know went all in the first week of the New Year. Hey it may have been you and that's okay. You see it's something about a new year, a new month, a new day that triggers this response of wanting to change your entire life and it's okay to want those things and know that it doesn't happen overnight.
You don't just arrive in the healing journey. There will be days where you'll feel like you're on top of the world and everything is going right. There will also be days where you'll feel like the weight of the world is all over your shoulders. It's okay to feel both ways.
It's a process, it's a journey. Just like health, fitness and weight loss you don't just arrive at the weight you want to be at; it takes hard work, it's a journey. It would be nice if we could all just hit a button that takes us where we want to be. Hey reality is there is no EASY button, it's a journey.
Don't rush the process, know that it's okay if you wasn't one that went all in last week. It's okay if you felt overwhelmed with all the goals, intentions, dreams, aspirations. It's okay if the biggest thing that you did last week was just REST in preparation for the new year.
Don't rush the process, allow yourself to feel, allow yourself to release, allow yourself to take a moment to simply RESET. RESET YOUR MINDSET.
Honestly that's the first step in trying on anything. We have to get our mind right because all the other things, moves, applications, goals, aspirations come when we truly tap into our mind and reset our mindset.
Know that I am with you, I know how it feels to feel like I was left out from the crowd of do it all. I know what it feels to feel like you need to do all the things. One of my biggest and most important steps that I did was I tapped into my MINDSET. The body will do what the mind tells it to. The first step is tapping into your mind.
Where do you start? START HERE
With love and admiration,
