2. Prioritize Sleep
Good quality sleep helps our body and mind recharge. Feeling rested helps us handle stress better. Rest is your Birthright.
3. Keep Moving
Staying physically active even for just a few minutes a day does wonders for our body. It also helps with mood and stress management. It helps release serotonin that gives you that elevated mood of happiness.
4. Eat Healthy and Regularly
Keeping our body healthy and nourished is key during these times. We need energy to handle the different challenges during the healing journey.
5. Set Boundaries
Setting boundaries allows you to fully take care of your SELF. When you say no to others you’re saying YES to you.
