This workshop will provide a comprehensive exploration of the principles, techniques, and benefits of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. 

Through a combination of theory and practical application, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently teach and guide Yin and Restorative Yoga Classes.
