Just Let it Be....

As I was meditating this morning the statement "Let it Be" kept showing up. You know that feeling where you're asking yourself is this supposed to mean something to me. I started to truly say to myself, I am letting things be, but then I took a step back and said, "Fe, are you really letting it be.

What does that really mean?

So often we take a situation, a circumstance and we keep re living it over and over again. We just can't let it go. Have you ever replayed a situation over again and said I wish I would have said this, or did that? Why can't we simply just let it be? Why do we have to keep replaying it over and over again? These are the questions that I sat with this morning.

You see each moment is just that a moment. When we allow ourselves to just let it be. We open ourselves up to experience the next moment. We allow ourselves to truly be present in each moment. When we are stuck in the past, stuck in the moment we create stagnation in not allowing ourselves to be present in each moment.

So, no matter what the situation may be, no matter what is going on in the mind; whether it be chaos or peace, let it be. Just let it be. Let it be in that moment and then allow yourself to be present in the next moment.

When we truly let each moment be our mind and body is truly at PEACE.


Because we remind ourselves that we are not our mind, we are not that moment, we are not that circumstance, we are not that situation. We are more than that moment. We ARE.


So, the next time you feel stuck in a moment in time, stuck in a situation remind yourself to simply, "Let it BE".
