Dr. Felicia Hall
Dr. Felicia is an educator, practitioner, and motivator at heart. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Educator, Yoga practitioner, and Yoga Therapy student. But hey, without all the letters, names, and fluff; She is a small-town girl who loves God, family, and helping others heal and become the best version of themselves. Dr. Felicia has dedicated over 20 years to helping professional, collegiate, and high school athletes physically heal. It was the love of helping others heal that she found herself utilizing her own tools. After she went through a dark time in her life that was filled with depression, heartache, pain, and physical injury. Dr. Felicia found a love for helping others learn the tools to heal from within. She took her passion and has helped countless individuals heal and find their way back to themselves through mindfulness and movement practices.

Karolyn Kilpinen
RYT 200
Meet Karolyn, the owner and founder of Bend & Mend Physical Therapy. Karolyn has always had a passion for helping others and chose to combine this passion with her love of sports and physical wellness by pursuing a career in physical therapy. She obtained her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2009 and moved to Charlotte in 2018. She enjoys helping people regain function and get back to enjoying the activities they love. She chose to dive deeper into the principles of yoga training and philosophy through the Soulful School of Yoga at Okra and is now a 200-RYT. She enjoys blending the principles of yoga with her knowledge of the human body to safely adapt postures to her clients. What she loves about the practice of yoga is it allows you to move your body to move your mind towards ease. It unifies communities; allows people of all kinds to come together and encourage every “body” to persevere, show grace, and accept each other as we are in that moment. It embraces life in its raw, chaotic beauty and gives us strength to overcome obstacles. Yoga is her rock and it shows as Karolyn will guide you through your practice with her kind and nurturing demeanor.
